Paul Harrelson
Paul Harrelson currently teaches 7th grade in Chapel Hill. He also coaches baseball at McDougle Middle School. Paul is taking on clients who are ready to get in shape but tired of the hassle of going to the gym. He offers Personal Training services in the convenience of your home, on your schedule.
Paul Harrelson is a former NCAA Division I baseball player. He pitched for Clemson University for four years. He also played professional baseball in the Colorado Rockies organization. He decided to give up baseball to pursue a career as an educator.
Paul has had years of experience training teammates, friends and family members. Recently, he decided to make it a career. Paul is certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer. With Paul’s history as an athlete, he has a strong background in Sports Specific Training, muscle building and weight loss. “Whether you’re trying to trying to step your game up to the next level or just get back into shape, I will work with you to help you achieve your goal.”

- four years of experience as a baseball coach
- five years of informal experience as a fitness trainer
- Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified
- American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer
- Member of two College World Series Teams (2000 and 2002)
