Pam started on the road race circuit in 1991. She competed quite frequently in local 5k's and then branched out to other distances and larger races, including a National CC Championship and three 5K Women's National Championships as well as two 8K National Championships. Her PR's during this time are 17:24 for 5K, 28:09 for 8K and 36:19 for 10k.

Pam then found her way to the world of multisport and in 2003 qualified for the World Championship (age group) in her first big race, Powerman Alabama. (coached by Sonni and Randy of TMC!)

Pam lives and trains in the mountains of NC where she concentrates on coaching athletes full time. Her experience in training and racing as well as a committment to learn each individual athlete she works with, will aid her in understanding and assisting other athletes to achieve their goals.

Experience/Accomplishments:
  • Virginia Duathlon 2005 - 1st place age group Women 40-44; Qualified for World Championship
  • Powerman Alabama 2003 – 3rd place: Women, age group 35-39
  • Dannon National Championship 2003 – 3rd place: Women, age group 35-39
  • ITU 2003 World Championships, Affoltern, Switzerland
  • USA Long Distance Duathlon National Championships, 2003 – 8th place: Overall women, age group
  • Named 2003 USA Triathlon All American for Duathlon Long Course and Duathlon Short Course
  • Placed top 3 overall female and age group in local 5k/10k
  • USA Track and Field Level 1 Certification
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
