Objective: To assist you with your fitness goals in a manner which allows you to balance all aspects of your life. For many—the goal is to win—for most, the goal is to finish. I believe in enjoying the entire triathlon experience from base training to finishing regardless of athletic ability. Only one person can “win” a race, but all races can be won if we take the time to enjoy the accomplishment of finishing what we start.
