Jackie Miller has over 10 years experience within the health and fitness industry. Her work experience covers a broad range of populations from competitive athletes to the general public. She works hands on as a personal trainer with a variety of the population such as pre/post natal women, kids, seniors, and post rehabilitation clients. Her personal training business implements various wellness programs within the community too. The message she promotes is that the training program should be functional and should enhance your quality of life no matter what the goal.

Her services include coaching for all multi-sport distances and One on One sessions for:
• Swim stroke technique
• Assessing movement patterns using a functional movement screen
• Design of functional strength plans to improve core and overall strength
• Developing speed, agility and reaction time sport skills
