Class Policies
Registration:
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced registration is recommended,
as class size is limited to 12. If you are unsure whether the program is right for
you, please contact us to arrange for a free trial class.
Late registration
Space permitting, you may register until the 3nd week of the term. Tuition will
be pro-rated at $12.50 per class for single child, $10.00 per class for each additional
child over 12 months of age, plus $20.00 for
material fees.
Waiver: All class participants and guests must sign a waiver before the class begins.
Min./Max. enrollment:
Our class size typically ranges
from 6 - 12 students.
Session Cancellation: Please note that sessions with fewer than six registered
students are subject to cancellation. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the registrant.
Class Cancellation: On the rare occasion that we are forced to cancel classes
due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make our best
effort to contact you in a timely manner. A make-up class will be scheduled at the
regular day/time one week following the last class of the session.
Refunds: Registrations cancelled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee. No refunds are given after the first class, however we will issue class credit valid for 12 months after the original class start date.
Make-up classes: Missed classes can be made up at another location during the same session or into the following session.

suggestions.
